Buying a home is an exciting experience!  The process can be cumbersome.  As a Buyer you want to work with a Realtor who will work hard for you!  Help assist you in searching for your dream home.  When searching for a Realtor find someone who will take the time and discuss your likes and dislikes of homes.  Interview and find a Realtor who you believe you will have a good rapport with, someone who is qualified, has integrity, one who will work hard for you in meeting your real estate goals as well as having your best interests in mind.      

Seller's have agents working with them protecting and promoting their best interests.  Why not have a Buyer's Agent working with you, the Buyer.  Having me as your Buyer's Agent, I will help reduce your stress level by working hand in hand with you in helping you find your dream home!  I am in business to get YOU the home YOU want!  As a Buyer's Agent, I will provide to you loyalty, confidentiality, I will meet with you to discuss specifics on finding your ideal home, research properties and schedule showings.  Also, after each property showing we will discuss the pro's and con's of the properties.  I will explain all forms and agreements that are relative to you and provide you with my unbiased, honest opinion on properties.   When you find a home you want to put an offer in on, I will assist you in preparing an offer as well as any negotiations that may take place.  I will also assist you in the final walk-through prior to closing.  Finally, I will be with you at closing to make sure things go smoothly on my side.   Make your decision carefully, the Agent you choose as your Buyer's Agent, you will need to work well together to have a smooth relationship while searching for your dream home.  As a Buyer don't you think you should have a Buyer's Agent working with you?  Why wouldn't you want a Buyer's Agent protecting and promoting your best interests?  Someone who will provide 100% confidentiality and loyalty to you, the Buyer! 

Feel free to print out the Home Checklist form below.  Just click on "Home Checklist", print it out and bring this form with you as you visit homes of your choice.  It is a guide and will help you later to compare properties you have been shown.
