We have had some pretty bad realtors in the past. They were pushy and unprepared for our visits.  Charlotte is neither.  She was very prepared and had knowledge of the house anytime we had questions.  If she didn’t know the answer she would find out and promptly return our calls.   Charlotte insured a very smooth process occurred, from start to finish.  With a funny and straight-to-the point personality, she was a pleasure to work with.  I’m so glad we got to meet her and would definitely refer her to anyone that is interested in buying a house.
