Burlington is situated at the junction of major highways only about 30 minutes from Boston which makes this small town the perfect home for someone wanting all the charms of a small town with all the amenities a big city has to offer.  The area is known for it’s life sciences and pharmaceutical industries as well as technological diversification creating a wealth of job opportunities for residents.  Despite the town being modernized, the citizens have worked to preserve the flora and fauna around them including the Landlocked Forest which is 70 acres of land situated at the junction of Routes 3 and 95/128 consisting of open space, meadows and forest land.  This conservation is home to several species as well as hosting walkers, hikers and bikers.
