I can’t say enough good about Charlotte. I chose Charlotte bc she recommended a listing cost at the level I thought made sense, she had suggestions as to what to do to the house that would please buyers, had the connections to a cost effective handyman and cleaners if I needed, set up a simple process, and just generally made me feel she would focus like a laser beam on putting all her knowledge and effort into selling my house and had the company resources to help. Also she was professionally personable and kind, very sensitive towards this being not just a house but my beloved home of 20 years and my life’s work.
