Charlotte did a fantastic job to assist me as a first-time home buyer! She was tremendously communicative, had outstanding local knowledge, gave me advice throughout every stage of the buying process, and ultimately she helped me get an amazing house within my budget and with the whole process running smoothly! She also brought an energy and positivity to the whole process that made it much less stressful for me as a first-time buyer.
